Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Canada: 2–8 business days
  • United States: 4–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or peak seasons.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

During new collection launches, restocks, and promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been shipped.

Tracking Orders

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

2XCLUSIVE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

2XCLUSIVE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you experience an issue with a delivered package, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Customs & Duties

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Pre-Orders

Items marked as Pre-Order will ship according to the estimated timeline provided on the product page.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may be held until all items are available for shipment.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Free Shipping

  • Canada: Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD
  • United States: Free shipping on orders over $200 CAD
